Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold on Prime Cinematic Store are digital, downloadable goods. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, the following policy applies.
All sales are generally final
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, the sale is considered complete and is non-refundable, as the goods cannot be returned.
When we do issue refunds
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its description, and our team is unable to provide a working replacement.
- The download could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
How to request
Contact support@primecinemastore.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase after download, or lack of compatible software/hardware to play standard video files.
